What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange. Clothing items must be unworn, in original condition, undamaged, and have the tags still on them. Non-clothing items but be unopened and in their original packaging. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Olivia Shoppe.

All linens, tabletop and home goods, childrens toys, hair accessories, swimwear, socks, and tights are final sale. Additionally, all items marked as final sale in the product description may not be returned.

Personalized and special order items are final sale.

See Shipping Policy for Return Shipping. In order to return an item, YOU MUST FIRST EMAIL info@oliviashoppe.com to make a return request. We will send you a shipping label. All items must be postmarked for return within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, they will be deducted from the total of the return amount.

What are your Austin, Texas shop hours?

We are open from 10am-6pm during the week. Our Saturday hours are 10am-4pm and we are not open on Sundays.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer FREE shipping for orders over $100, shipping in the contiguous United States. This does not apply to furniture and other oversized/overweight items. Orders are available for international shipping, please email info@oliviashoppe.com to inquire. 

If you would like expedited shipping, please call (512) 419-7667 or email info@oliviashoppe.com for a quote. If you need your item rushed, we try to make every effort to accommodate your needs. PLEASE contact us at info@oliviashoppe.com or (512) 419.7667 PRIOR to ordering to confirm a rush is available. There may be an additional RUSH charge applied.

All orders are sent via trackable mail or courier. Once items in an order have been scanned and delivered by the courier or mail carrier, Olivia Shoppe will cease to have any liability pertaining to the order delivery; all items at that juncture will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. Please note that we are not responsible for the delivery of International economy packages. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Availability

Availability of our products is subject to change without notice.  If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will do our best to advise you when the product will be available.  The Company shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising in connection with products that are out of stock or otherwise unavailable.  The Company reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product or service at any time without notice to you or any other third party.

Prices

Prices for our products shall be our published prices for those products on the Website.  We reserve the right to increase the price for any product without notice to you (provided, that we will not increase prices for products which have been previously ordered by you but not yet shipped).  We are not responsible for any errors on the Website.  In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product listed at the incorrect price. 

Taxes, Customs, Duties

You shall also pay all customs or duties charges levied by the destination country in connection with international shipments.  In the event we are required to pay any taxes or other charges for which you are responsible, you shall promptly repay these amounts to us immediately upon receipt of our invoice.

Payment Terms 

We accept payment by various credit cards listed at the website from time to time.  Your credit card will be charged at the time any order is placed or, at Olivia Shoppe’s discretion, at a later date if you modify or add to your order.  You hereby authorize Olivia Shoppe to charge for the full amount of the charges owing by you for any products purchased from us or at the website.  You agree not to withhold from or offset against any amount owing to us for any reason.  You also agree to address any and all product and/or transaction claims solely with us and not to initiate, under any set of circumstances, charge refusals or charge-backs with credit card issuers, and you agree to indemnify us for any expenses or damages we may suffer on account the initiation by you of any such charge refusal or charge-back.  In addition to our other rights, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend delivery of all or part of an order if you are delinquent in any payments owing to us.  You agree to pay, in connection with any past due balance, (i) a late payment charge of 1½ percent per month, but not in excess of the lawful maximum, and (ii) all costs incurred by us in collecting such past due balance, including, without limitation, court and arbitration costs and attorney’s fees.

Black Friday Sale Details

Sale begins at midnight 11/23 and ends at 11:59pm CST 11/26. All sale items are final sale. Sale does not apply to previous purchases. No exceptions. The 15% Welcome discount will not be applicable during this sale period.

The following brands are excluded: Devon Knitwear, Kid Made Modern, JellyCat holiday items, Maileg holiday items, MATCH Pewter, Misha & Puff, Olli Ella, Salisbury, Sasha Nicholas, and YETI.

Phone orders for Beaufort Bonnet items will be accepted from 10am-4pm on Saturday 11/24 and from 10am-6pm on Monday 11/26 and sale prices will apply. 

Orders will be processed beginning Monday November 26 and could take up to 3 business days. We have many Jon Hart items and colors in stock, but please note there may be additional fulfillment time needed if some items need to be special ordered.
